KM-T02 Advanced technology Wire Stripping Machine provided by us, is suitable for performing operations such as wire cutting, stripping, twisting and tinning of single or multi strand wires. Offered machines are widely known for their precise operations and can be programmed to perform the different operations on diversified wire sizes. Productivity is increased due to high speed up to 10 wire feed in this model.
Features:
The machine is designed for single/multi strand wire cutting for pre set length, stripping on both ends automatically for pre set length, twisting of strands on both sides of wires and tinning on both sides.
Includes digital LCD display with touch screen along with Start / Stop push buttons.
Parameters with different settings can be stored. Total 100 programs can be stored in memory for selection.
Total production quantity can be pre set
The number of wires required for bundling (Knot quantity) can be preset in the program. automatically. Also time required for bundling can be set by giving required delay time.
