KM-S01 Advanced technology Wire Stripping and Crimping Machine provided by us is suitable for performing operations such as wire cutting, stripping and terminal crimping of single or multi strand wires. Offered machines are widely known for their precise operations and can be programmed to perform the different operations on diversified wire sizes
Features:
The machine is designed for single/multi strand wire cutting for pre set length, stripping on both ends automatically for pre set length and crimping on both sides of wires.
* With the inverter-driven, it makes the machine without the mechanized operation delay and failure from the traditional clutch and simplifies internal mechanical parts to reduce the wearing or replacement. Large torque and small vibration, high stability, quiet working ensures the right amount of force when crimping the terminals to wires.
* Can work with a variety of straight, horizontal molds, various terminals can be crimped in one machine by changing the molds
* There is the upward and downward punch on the panel, do not need to shake the spindle with a wrench when debugging the mold
* You can adjust the machine working range 1-20times, the working interval time range 0-20min.
